You can now make your voice heard on the proposed flyover and 2nd Mt Vic tunnel untl the 26th August. Information on how to do this is at the link above.
I have serious concerns about these proposals given the low benefit cost ratio of the projects and severe environmental effects on the Basin Reserve, surrounding neighbourhoods and the city overall.
I hope that people will take the time to make a submission.
