Harcourts building to be demolished?

There is a proposal to demolish the Harcourts building on the corner of Lambton Quay and Grey Street.

This is a significant building with a Category I classification from the HPT and a listing from the WCC. Generally, permission is not granted to demolish listed buildings so this is a significant test case.   You can put in a submission to the Council by the 31st October.
