The Mainzeal Failure is deeply worrying, Wellington's leaky homes are not getting fixed and high costs reportedly around this issue is one of the reasons why Mainzeal has failed. Will other builders want to take on the work? Also, what does it mean for other work around the city? Builders are busy which is great so we need as many people working as possible, especially with more earthquake strengthening work also coming on stream. The future of Victoria University's Hub project is also a worry.
