Looking forward to being at the Green Party AGM in Christchurch tomorrow. Will be on a panel on Local Government and speaking about the opportunities for the Greens in this very important area.
Given that Councils have such a strong role in protecting the environment (or the reverse in some cases), we need to be leaders in this area. Some successes of course but potential to grow and this is the kind of growth that will be sustainable.
