I don't understand the attack by Fran Wilde on Celia Wade-Brown. In The Dominion Post today, Ms Wilde claims that Celia tried to take credit for the Bus Rapid Transit idea.
Celia certainly didn't do this, this is a thinly veiled political attack which the newspaper has chosen to highlight. Celia of course has supported light rail. The Public Transport Spine Study has its inadequacies but Celia has chosen to look at Bus Rapid Transit as an alternative. Nothing wrong with that.
