Thanks to my colleagues for supporting my call to save the Town Hall. The vote yesterday was unanimous.
The project is very expensive but it needs to be looked at as a very long term project, intended to preserve this wonderful building for the next century.
It is great that we can save this building, but there are others that will be more difficult. We await a policy direction from the Government but am in the meantime, I'm getting on with working on funding solutions.
