The Dominion Post reports today that power bills could go up as a result of last month's storm.
This will obviously put a lot of people under pressure with energy poverty already a significant issue.
The obvious issues which also needs to be considered is the impact of human induced weather changes on our infrastructure and environment and who will pay for it.
