Great article today in The Sunday Star Times about how World Vision is trying to raise funds in New Zealand to loan out money to help poor Africans set up their own business.
It is a great idea that could be easily applied in New Zealand as well. With unemployment at unacceptable levels, this may be a good solution, something for Government and Councils to consider.
