Now this is a good story, TPK House featured in The Dominion Post today highlighting how a heritage building can be green (as well as earthquake strengthened). The building has recently been awarded a five Green star rating for the refurbishment work that they have done and a four star NABERS rating on the basis of the building's energy performance.
Well done to the buildings owners for doing this work, hoping it will be an exemplar for other building projects around the city.
