Well, finally the consultation starts on the Basin Reserve flyover and 2nd Mt Victoria tunnel (2nd July-26th August) apparently.
It will be interesting to see if NZTA listens to feedback - they don't have the best track record on this point.
Information on how to submit will be posted here as soon as I get hold of it.
