Disappointing to see such political advice being given by officials of the Greater Wellington Regional Council over the need for 'one voice' for the region and saying Government sees Wellington as being difficult. It is critical that officials remember that they are to give neutral, not political advice. Maintaining that divide is one of their jobs.
