A good example of how to laugh at yourself and to turn a negative into a positve. Nikau are printing words from their worst reviews onto t-shirts.
Nikau doesn't deserve the bad reviews, it is one of Wellington's best cafes. Hard to reject criticism from customers so this is one excellent response.
