Investors are still seeing value in Auckland apartments, hope that the same trend will continue in Wellington.
Growth in the city is fastest in infill and inner city apartments which is very positive (as long as the quality is good).
Apartment living needs to be seen as a legitimate alternative to buying a house in the suburbs and why not, the amenity of the inner city is fantastic for most aside from the annoyances of vandalism and excessive noise.
