According to a report from the PSA and Victoria University, many public servants feel bullied. Furthermore, whilst they are satisfied with the work that they are doing, they also do not respect the highly paid managers they work for.
Whilst the results might be ignored by some, I hope not. It is unacceptable that public servants should be treated in this way. Let's see how The Government responds.
