Gridlock for Wellington? You betcha

Environmentalists have long argued that building more roads induces traffic so it is great to see Opus finally acknowledging this fact. Opus were the builders of the Inner City Bypass. We made this argument but unfortunately lost it in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

In 2013, we finally may be starting to win the argument.
