A great example of a reasonably affordable home as part of the Hobsonville Development. Good design but agree with property experts that if you are to have small homes that they must be well connected into a community with good facilities as you generally won't spend so much time at home.
But the more examples the better to convince Kiwis that you don't need to own an enormous home to live the Kiwi dream.
