The Government says yes after legislation was passed in 2011 so today the Environment Committee will look at a new bylaw on where people can and can't camp.
The change will not be that dramatic - all reserve land and inner city parks will be off bounds as is now and fines will be handed out to those who litter or damage our beautiful environment.
If the Bylaw does not work, Council will definitely review.
