Disheartening news that Minister Amy Adams has referred the flyover application to a Board of Inquiry. Members are political appointees and must report back within 9 months, whether this is enough time or not.
Furthermore, given that no Board has ever turned down an application before, can we expect that opponents will get a fair hearing?
